Hi Reader,
I wanted to share a quick look at a project that might help get you inspired to supercharge your content distribution (in a very simple but effective way).
I recently had the chance to help the Lucid Private Offices team turn a series of raw member spotlight videos into polished multichannel content assets.
This project is a great example of content distribution at work.
Here's the process we followed:
Took one raw video + photos
⬇
Edited the video to focus on flow and audience-oriented messaging, then added branded elements
⬇
Created a YouTube video + description
⬇
⬇
Tailored video clips, captions, and CTAs for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
⬇
Developed member-focused content for Lucid's newsletters
That's how you take one idea or asset and make it available in a variety of formats.
In doing so, you're broadening the surface area of your business and giving your audience as many chances as possible to bump into you, no matter where they spend time online.
Pro tip: This project also really highlights the value of capturing high-quality video and photo assets to support your marketing (bonus points to Lucid's marketing team for capturing multiple angles of the same interview).
It doesn't have to be complicated, but distribution is essential for maximizing the reach and impact of your content.
So, if you're creating one asset and leaving it as one asset, you're missing a massive opportunity.
Thanks to Lucid Private Offices for the opportunity to collaborate on this one!
